Indications of a bowed basement wall
• Horitzontal cracking
• Stair-Step Cracking
• Wall bowed inward
Solution
The affected area is excavated. Specifically designed braces are positioned in the basement and the wall is jacked back to its original position. Rebar is then inserted vertically from the outside into the cells of the block. The wall is then pumped full with grout from the outside. The braces are left in place while the wall "cures" for approximately 4-7 days.
OPTIMUM RECOVERY:
No, beams, no plates, just
A-1 straight!
Steel encased in concrete; 5 1/2-10 times stronger than the original wall!
